I don’t publish a home address. Email is the best way to reach me about privacy.
If you create an account, I collect the details you provide (typically an email address) and information needed to run your account, such as whether you have paid access. On my side, that email is mainly used as an account identifier / login. I don’t separately verify that it belongs to you. Passwords are handled by the account provider in encrypted/hashed form, and I can’t see or retrieve them.
If you buy premium access, payment is handled by a third-party payment provider. They collect whatever details they need for the transaction (which may include a real email address used at checkout). I don’t store your full card details. I may receive confirmation that a payment went through so your account can be updated.
If you email me, I’ll have whatever you include in that message.
When you visit the site, standard technical information may be collected automatically such as device/browser details, IP address, pages viewed, and similar usage data. This can happen through the site itself or through tools I use to run it (such as analytics, hosting, login, or payment services).
I don’t intentionally collect sensitive personal information.

Like most websites, Stats By Jaiden relies on third-party services to handle things such as hosting, accounts, payments, analytics, and optional support/donation tools. Those providers may process personal information under their own privacy policies.
Some of those providers are based overseas (including outside Australia), so information may be stored or processed overseas when you use the site, create an account, or make a purchase.
I take reasonable steps to protect personal information, including using established providers and limiting what I store. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep your login details private.
I keep personal information only as long as it’s needed for the reasons above, or as otherwise required (for example for legal or accounting reasons). After that, I take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it where practical.
I don’t send marketing emails. If that ever changes, you’ll be able to opt out. Account or purchase-related messages are separate from marketing.
You can ask what personal information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for your account/information to be deleted.
Email me (ideally from the address on your account). I may need to confirm who you are first, and I’ll respond within a reasonable time.
Deleting an account may mean losing access to paid content tied to that account. Payment providers may still keep their own records under their policies.

If you’re not satisfied with the outcome, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top will change when I do. If you keep using the site after an update, that means you accept the revised policy where the law allows.
